Terms & Conditions

This website belongs to and is updated by Tide Accounting Ltd. trading as Bridge Training Solutions, who trade from: Tanglewood, Derritt Lane, Bransgore, Dorset, BH23 8AR.

Any person using this website is agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.

All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the current standard rate as set by HMRC. 

Ordering Process

All orders placed from this website are sent directly to Bridge Training Solutions to be processed. Cleared payment for all items is required prior to product dispatch. Courses booked on-line will not be confirmed and booking completed until cleared payment is received. All items/courses are checked for availability before any payment is taken. Any card details are kept securely and will only be used in conjunction with the specific order as placed.

If for any reason we cannot obtain your requested product we will contact you with an alternative where available or cancel the order, we require any response in writing. If any product will be delayed then we will inform you accordingly and payment will only be processed upon written acceptance of the delay. If you do not accept the delay your order will be cancelled and payment will not be taken.

Bridge Training Solutions will retain ownership of all goods already supplied until they are paid for in full. Bridge Training Solutions do not offer contra and offset deals for payment unless agreed in writing prior to order placement.

All orders placed after 3:30 pm (GMT/BST) time will not be processed until the following working day.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all goods within 7 working days from date of payment received. Goods will be sent by 1st class post or by third party courier. Delivery method will be defined by Bridge Training Solutions appropriate to order placed.

You must inform us within three working days after an order is despatched if the goods are believed to be lost in transit or damaged upon receipt. All claims of this type will be investigated and dealt with promptly; you will be contact with our chosen course of action.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

Bridge Training Solutions will only accept return of items in writing and if returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Items should be returned undamaged in original packaging and items such as software will only be accepted if unopened and the security seal intact. Payment will be made within 30 days from satisfactory receipt of returned goods. All items being returned remain your responsibility until they have been received by Bridge Training Solutions in a satisfactory manner. This policy does not affect your rights when returning goods where we are at fault.

Course Cancellation

Bridge Training Solutions cannot refund any courses once payment is received and booking is confirmed. Course booked may be rescheduled for a nominal administration fee. Any terms sent with course booking confirmations will supersede the terms in this document.

Bridge Training Solutions reserve the right to amend these term and conditions without prior notice and it is your responsibility to read them.
